The ABCD of Governance

The three A’s you need:
Attitude- Be positive in your thinking to achieve greater good.
Action- Act in a positive way to help business and with Integrity.
Allies- Find the right people to help you.

The three B’s you need:
Belief- Have a firm belief in good governance and be true to your convictions.
Balanced behavior- Always seek the facts, listen and provide advice or act.
Backbone- Have guts or the strength to stand up to challenges and oppose wrong doing.

The three C’s you need :
Character- Be known for your integrity and compassion.
Commitment- Be sincere to the task and ready to take on a challenge.
Competence – Become better at what you do.

The three D’s you need:
Direction- Strategise and provide direction for implementation.
Determination- Be strong to overcome challenges.
Discipline – Be orderly, respect the rule of law and timeliness.
